Job Overview

We are hiring an energetic and target-driven

Telecaller Executive - Sales

who can confidently communicate in

Malayalam and English

and convert leads into customers. The role focuses on outbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound sales calls

to potential customers Explain products/services and

close sales over calls

Follow up on leads provided by the company Achieve

daily and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively Update customer details and call status in the system Maintain a positive customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in

Malayalam

and

English

Basic computer/system knowledge

(CRM, Excel, calling tools) Experience in

sales telecalling / technical sales / customer conversion

Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability
Experience

Total experience:

Telecalling / Sales / Technical Sales preferred Freshers with a strong sales attitude and communication skills can apply
