in Calicut.

The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-ups and service-related calls.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service updates Follow up with customers for service reminders and feedback Maintain customer records and call logs Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and updates

Age:

20 - 35 years

Education:

Any Graduate / Plus Two

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge Good communication skills in Malayalam
