Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Share feedback to help improve products and services.
Educate customers on features and benefits of vehicle tracking solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role.
Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
