Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from provided data
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
Coordinate with the sales/support team when required
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
