- Telecaller (Healthcare Clinic)

IESH Ayurveda & Cosmetology is looking for a polite, confident, and responsible

Telecaller

to manage patient calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. The candidate should be customer-friendly and capable of handling calls professionally in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally Explain clinic services, treatments, and consultation details clearly Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments Follow up on enquiries, leads, and missed appointments Maintain basic call records and patient details Address patient queries politely and escalate issues when required Coordinate with doctors and front-desk staff

Eligibility & Skills Required

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate Experience: 0-2 years (Clinic or healthcare experience preferred) Good communication skills in

English and local language

Pleasant voice, patience, and positive attitude Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, WhatsApp) Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
