Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and self driven Sales Telecaller to join our recruitment team. The role involves contacting potential leads, explaining available job/study opportunities, guiding candidates through the process, and converting inquiries into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned leads, enquiries, and database contacts.
Explain job openings, overseas opportunities, and study programs clearly and professionally.
Understand candidate requirements and match them with suitable job/study options.
Convince and follow up with candidates to complete registration, documentation, and final sign-up.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/databases.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews, client requirements, and application updates.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum +2 / Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, recruitment, BPO, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
Ability to understand and explain job details, salary structures, and process steps.
