Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and follow-up details
Meet call targets and contribute to team objectives
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer support (1-2 years)
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant attitude and good customer-handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
