We are looking for a

passionate and student-friendly Academic Counsellor/ Telecaller

to join our team and guide learners toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, website leads, WhatsApp & social platforms. Provide accurate information about IT courses, career opportunities, and placement support. Counsel students to help them choose the right course based on their interests, education, and goals. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain student admission reports, enquiry logs, and CRM updates. Explain course structures, fees, admission procedures, and training outcomes. Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth admission-to-classroom flow. Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, college events, and webinars when required. Build strong rapport with students and create a positive, welcoming environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
