1-3 years of experience in telecalling or Relationship Officer roles, Mandatory in an
NBFC or Microfinance Institutions (MFI)
Language Skills:
Proficiency in regional language.
Good communicationskills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Familiarity with financial products like MF loans, group lending, and personal loans is an added advantage
Experience with collections, loan recovery, or field coordination is a plus
