Role Description



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at [Zephyr Entrance Coaching Center]. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and courses to prospective students and parents. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, providing information about courses, and assisting with admission processes.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to inform them about the institution's courses, admission procedures, and other relevant information. Answer incoming inquiries from prospective students, parents, or guardians regarding admissions, course details, fees, and other queries. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and provide information to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain and update a database of leads and student information. Assist in scheduling counseling sessions, entrance tests, or interviews with students and faculty. Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets. Build a strong rapport with prospective students and parents, ensuring a positive experience during the inquiry and admission process. Provide accurate feedback on students and parents queries, suggestions, and complaints to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [language]. Good listening skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone. Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. A friendly and professional demeanor. Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
