Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients to explain our products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.
Record call details and customer feedback in the database/Excel.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluent speaking skills in
Malayalam
&
English
are mandatory.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of
Hindi
or any other Indian language is highly preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (but freshers are welcome to apply).
