Making calls

: Telecallers make inbound calls to potential customers to generate sales. They also manage incoming calls to resolve customer enquiry.

Presenting products and services

: Telecallers explain the benefits of a company's products or services and encourage customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Building relationships

: Telecallers build rapport with potential customers and foster relationships with existing customers.

Collecting customer information

: Telecallers organize customer information in databases and collect data from existing customers to improve the user experience.

Maintaining records

: Telecallers maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports.

Staying updated

: Telecallers stay updated with market trends.

Interacting with customers

: Telecallers interact with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls.

Adapting sales pitches

: Telecallers modify sales pitches in response to customer demand.

Transferring customers

: Telecallers ensure a smooth procedure for the customer by transferring them to the appropriate department for further action. Female Candidates with Automobile experience is an advantage.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
