We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at Olive Builders & Developers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating quality leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain project details and company offerings clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience (real estate preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM/Excel.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
