Key Responsibilities:
Contact Students by Whatsapp & Phone Calls
Engage with leads on WhatsApp and calls to provide course information and clarify doubts.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper follow-up tracking.
Maintain a strong conversion ratio by explaining course benefits and career outcomes.
Coordinate with the admissions team to process enrollments and payments.
Record daily activities, lead responses, and performance updates in shared trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in
English
(knowledge of regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi is a plus).
Previous Experience
in telecalling, sales, or academic counseling (preferred from EdTech or training sectors).
Good understanding of WhatsApp-based communication and follow-ups.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently with discipline and consistency.
