Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Conduct tele sales and generate leads.
Assist walk-in customers and provide service support.
Follow up with leads to close sales.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / ITI
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Age: Below 40 years
