Key Responsibilities

As a Fresher Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will be to interact with potential and existing customers over the phone:

Outbound Calling:

Make proactive calls to prospective clients using provided leads to introduce our products/services.

Customer Engagement:

Inbound Handling:
