Telecallers
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our courses, and assisting with the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about courses and programs.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about admissions, fees, and eligibility.
Follow up with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain and update the database of prospective students.
Assist in scheduling counseling sessions and appointments.
Address queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections positively.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus.
