Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the counseling/sales team for client follow-up.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
