to support our growing user base. The role involves connecting with registered and prospective users, explaining our matrimonial services and premium plans, and assisting them with registration, profile updates, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with potential and existing users Explain membership plans and service features Assist customers in profile completion and upgrades Maintain accurate call records and lead details Collaborate with the Relationship and Marketing teams to meet targets

Requirements:

Plus Two / Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1-2 years' experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Pleasant personality with good persuasion and listening skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online tools

Preferred:

Experience in matrimonial, subscription-based, or digital platforms.
