Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls for our jewellery showroom. The role involves promoting jewellery collections, maintaining customer relations, and supporting sales through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery offers and collections. Answer customer inquiries courteously and provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database. Follow up with interested customers to generate leads and appointments. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Maintain a positive and engaging tone while communicating with clients Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree or above. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Pleasant and confident voice. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or jewellery sales is an advantage. Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
