We are urgently hiring for Tele Callers to join our team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibile for contacting leads and provide information related to Tourism Packages. Responsible for making cold calls to Prospective customers Responsible for lead conversion . Responsible for managing and updating leads in CRM Software. Managing leads from Market Place and assigning to respective Travel Consultants. Coordinate and work with Travel Sales Consultant / Travel consultants to get Tour Package information, Reservation Information etc for providing to Prospective customers. Responsible for meeting sales and daily call targets

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Bachelors /Diploma in Travel and Tourism /BBA Preferrred Must have 0-4 Years experience in Travel Sales,Student Counsellor, Edtech, Automobile sales highly preferred . Must have good communication skills in English ( conversational skills) Conversational skills in Hindi Preferred but not Mandatory . Consistency in achieving sales targets .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
