Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to handle outbound calls to potential clients and promote our digital marketing services. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client acquisition, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.) Follow up on inquiries generated through digital campaigns and convert them into qualified leads. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Handle objections and provide clear, accurate information about the services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions. Maintain a professional tone and build rapport with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English and regional languages). Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage. Persuasive and result-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
