Telecallers

to join our dynamic sales and support division.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Corus Infotech's

products and services

. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Update and manage customer data, call logs, and feedback in CRM. Collaborate with the sales and support teams for smooth communication. Achieve weekly and monthly

call and sales targets

.
Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Excellent communication skills in

English and Malayalam

(Hindi is a plus). Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools. Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills. Prior experience in

telecalling, telesales, or customer support

is an advantage.

Work Schedule:
