Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, or missed appointments.
Respond promptly to incoming calls and provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, treatment options, and offers.
Build strong rapport with callers and understand their pain points or concerns.
Explain the benefits of visiting the clinic and encourage bookings or walk-ins.
Maintain detailed records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to ensure smooth follow-through on booked appointments.
Handle objections and convert hesitant callers into confirmed patients.
Provide timely reminders or confirmation calls to minimize appointment no-shows.
Maintain a conversion target (calls to walk-in ratio) and strive to meet or exceed it.
Share feedback from callers that may help improve clinic services or patient experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in English, Malayalam, Arabic (additional priority)
Convincing and persuasive speaking ability
Patient, empathetic, and good listening skills
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel)
Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets
Prior experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital tele-calling is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline
1+ year experience in tele-calling or customer service (preferred in healthcare or wellness sector)
