We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Tele callers to join our dynamic banking team. As a tele caller, you will be the first point of contact for our existing and prospective customers. Your role will be pivotal in promoting banking products, providing information, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities



Promoting Banking Products and Services:

Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers via outbound calls to promote a wide range of banking products such as personal loans, savings accounts, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance plans. Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Handling Customer Inquiries and Providing Support:

Respond promptly to inbound calls and customer queries related to banking services. Offer accurate information, clarify doubts, and address customer concerns with professionalism and patience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Establish rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships through courteous and consistent communication. Understand customer needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to their requirements.

Maintaining Accurate Customer Records:

Update and manage customer data and interaction history in internal systems or CRM software with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure all follow-ups, feedback, and outcomes are properly documented for reference and future engagement.

Achieving Call and Conversion Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, and customer follow-ups as set by the team lead or management. Actively contribute to overall team performance and business objectives.

Adhering to Compliance and Quality Standards:

Follow established scripts, call quality guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements while interacting with customers. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Required Skills:



Excellent

verbal communication skills

English

and local languages like

Hindi,Tamil,Kannada.



Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.

Ability to handle

objections and rejections

positively.

Strong

convincing and negotiation skills

.

Qualifications :

12th/ Graduation



Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an added advantage.
