Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to identify needs and promote tour packages and services.
Sales & Conversion: Explain details of travel products, address questions, overcome objections, and convert promising prospects into confirmed bookings.
Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide solutions to issues related to travel plans.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in a database, and manage campaign tracking.
Sales Target Achievement: Work to meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Feedback & Coordination: Collect customer data for feedback, suggest improvements to offerings, and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on tour packages, destinations, flights, hotels, and other travel offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with persuasive speaking abilities.
Customer Focus: Excellent phone etiquette, strong listening and questioning abilities, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Persuasion: Ability to convince prospects and negotiate effectively to close sales.
