About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated

Telecaller

to join our water purifier company in Palarivattom. The role involves front desk management, attending calls, handling customer queries, and actively engaging in tele-sales and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product-related queries. Make outbound calls to promote products and generate new leads. Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle basic administrative and customer service tasks.

Requirements:

Educational qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / ITI. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Proficiency in MS Office basics. Age limit: Below 40 years.
