Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers/clients
Maintain proper records of calls, leads & customer details
Assist in day-to-day office administration tasks
Coordinate with sales/management team for smooth operations
Manage basic documentation, emails & follow-ups
Requirements:
Good communication skills in [English/Malayalam/Hindi/etc.]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
