Job Summary:


We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves achieving targets, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Explain product/service details and benefits clearly to customers. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads and close sales when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards.

Skills Required:



Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language/English/Hindi]. Persuasive and confident speaking ability. Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
