We are seeking a confident and motivated Tele caller in Matrix BMS Solution to drive sales and engage customers. You will make outbound calls, handle inquiries, and build strong customer relationships to boost conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
? Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.
? Maintain and update customer database with accurate call details and follow-up notes.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.
? Follow scripts and guidelines while engaging with clients.
? Schedule appointments or product demos where required.
? Maintain a high level of customer service and build rapport with callers.
? Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales/marketing team.
? Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure lead conversion.
? Handle complaints or escalations and route them appropriately

Compensation & Benefits
? Salary Range: ₹1,44,000 - ?1,80,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
