Handle Sales inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Schedule and arrange first-round HR interviews and follow up with candidates.
Reach out to prospective clients and provide information about products and services.
Answer queries and resolve doubts related to company offerings.
Collect and record necessary client and candidate information accurately.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).
Freshers are also welcome
Strong communication skills in English (Tamil-preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, patience, and good problem-solving skills.
