Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients to share information about our products and services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with clients.
Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and target requirements as assigned.
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth customer service.
Ensure confidentiality of customer data and company information.
Stay updated with company policies, offers, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language - customize as needed].
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage data entry.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
