Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via telephone and email.
Utilize scripts to provide information about our products and services.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and resolve issues.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service or sales role.
Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
