Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This role involves both telecalling and handling some paper documentation work.

Key Responsibilities:



Telecalling:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services. Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, and provide information. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times. Update customer information in the database after every call. Handle customer complaints or issues, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Handle paperwork related to customer service, invoices, and other relevant documents. Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and is easily retrievable. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) tele sales: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
