We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales/marketing team in promoting our construction projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services/projects.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
Maintain and update customer database (leads, prospects, and client details).
Generate leads, schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.
Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist the sales/marketing team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (construction/real estate sector preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Salary best in the industry.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with regular coordination with sales, marketing, and project teams.
May require occasional client visits along with sales executives.
