Role

Handling Rejection

: Telecallers must handle rejection or negative responses with professionalism and resilience.

Work Environment

: Often employed in call centers, sales departments, or marketing teams.

Tools

: May use CRM software, telephony systems, or scripts to manage calls and track interactions.

Performance Metrics

: Call volume. Conversion rates (successful sales or leads generated). Customer satisfaction.
