Make outbound calls to potential clients who have enquired about immigration, visas, or overseas opportunities.
Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking system.
2. Client Engagement & Consultation Support
Explain immigration services, visa processes, and available programs clearly to prospective clients.
Identify client needs and match them with suitable immigration programs (PR, student visa, etc.).
Fix appointments with immigration consultants/counselors for detailed discussions.
3. Follow-up & Relationship Management
Regularly follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Build trust and maintain a good rapport with clients to convert enquiries into applications.
Handle queries, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
Coordinate with counselors, team leaders, and management for smooth process flow.
Escalate complex queries or cases to senior consultants.
7. Compliance & Quality
Ensure all calls are made professionally and politely in line with company standards.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and program changes.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent communication & convincing skills (English, regional languages as required).
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
