Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, introducing our services, maintaining customer relationships, and helping generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads to ensure sales conversion.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Report to the sales/marketing manager about call performance and results.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in [English/Malayalam/Hindi - adjust as per need]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools). Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
