Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote our baking courses.

Explain course details and benefits to potential students.

Follow up with inquiries and convert leads to admissions.

Maintain accurate call records and students database.

Strong communication skills

Friendly and confident phone presence

Prior telemarketing experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge
