Client Communication

: Contacting potential students via phone or email to discuss study abroad options, programs, and services.

Providing Information

: Explaining the application process, visa requirements, scholarship opportunities, and university options.

Lead Generation

: Identifying and qualifying potential leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

Counseling

: Offering guidance on choosing the right courses, universities, and countries based on the student's goals and preferences.

Scheduling Appointments

: Setting up consultations or meetings with senior counselors for further assistance.

Data Management

: Maintaining accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems.
