We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in outbound calling, customer handling, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Record call outcomes and update the CRM/system regularly. Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years of experience in telecalling or a related field. Must be fluent in both

Hindi and English

. Good communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer support is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
