Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive

Outbound Telecaller

to handle dues collection for Asianet Broadband customers. The role involves contacting customers from a provided database, reminding them about pending dues, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about outstanding dues.

Explain payment options and resolve basic customer queries related to dues.

Update customer feedback and payment status in the system.

Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.

Maintain accurate call logs and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam

, with fluency in

English

preferred.

Prior experience in collections or outbound calling is an advantage.

Ability to work under deadlines and meet daily/weekly collection targets.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Basic computer proficiency to manage customer databases and call records.
