who will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal communication and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities:
Attend and respond to client inquiries received via
phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Provide accurate information to clients about services, therapies, retreats, and bookings
Coordinate communication and scheduling across our centers in
Kochi, Kottayam, and Palakkad
Maintain client records and follow up with potential leads
Assist with daily office administration and documentation
Handle basic accounting tasks such as maintaining expense records and billing
Support management in day-to-day office operations
Occasionally travel to other centers (travel will be minimal and pre-informed)
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic accounting knowledge
Valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally is a plus
Experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles preferred
