Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to clients for policy renewals, investment updates, SIP follow-ups, and documentation.
Handle
inbound calls
and assist clients with queries related to health insurance policies, mutual fund accounts, claims, NAVs, and premium payments.
Educate customers on financial products and help them make informed decisions.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure resolution of customer issues and service requests.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets.
