Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, informing them about our courses and services, and converting leads into enrollments through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads. Explain the academy's offerings, course details, and benefits. Follow up with interested leads and maintain a positive relationship. Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and enrollment goals. Resolve queries and provide accurate information to potential students. Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for smooth onboarding.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
