Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi and English.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of vehicle
tracking devices.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on the usage of tracking devices and mobile/web
platforms.
- Address and resolve technical issues by coordinating with the technical team if
necessary.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolution confirmation.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and issues.
- Provide feedback to the development and operations team to enhance product and
service quality.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of vehicle tracking devices.
- Conduct virtual or on-site demonstrations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless
service delivery.
- Contribute to team meetings to enhance support strategies.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Skills
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain GPS tracking devices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
Experience
1-3 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role.
Experience in the vehicle tracking or telematics industry is a plus.
