? Qualifications:
Education
: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Language Proficiency
: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; knowledge of English, Tamil, or Hindi is an added advantage.
Skills
:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
