Female Candidates only .Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. Their primary goal is to generate leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets through effective telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients. Identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate products or services. Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing. Handling customer objections and closing sales. Generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Accurately recording customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system. Maintaining and updating customer databases. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services. Staying up-to-date on product updates and industry trends.

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:

Following established sales scripts and procedures. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Clear and articulate verbal communication. Strong listening and persuasion skills.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle rejection.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Patience and empathy.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using telephone systems and CRM software. Basic computer skills.

Other Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous sales experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
