Job Overview
We are looking for a
smart, confident, and well-spoken Tele Caller Executive
who can handle customer calls, share product details, and support our sales team. If you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this job is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to customers and respond to incoming inquiries
Share details about marble products and guide customers
Maintain call records and customer data
Fix appointments and follow up with leads
Coordinate with the sales team for showroom visits
Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (Freshers can also apply)
Conversational English required
Good communication and listening skills
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and data entry
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
