Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Generate leads, cold calls, and assist with appointment setting for sales executives
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
good English proficiency
Ability to handle objections and convince customers effectively..
